3. Orders & Payments
- All orders must be placed via our website, WhatsApp, social media handles, or in person.
- Orders are confirmed only upon full or agreed partial payment.
- We accept payment via bank transfer, card, or approved digital payment gateways.
- Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Delivery Policy
- Deliveries are made within specified areas and scheduled timeframes.
- Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed early in the day, depending on product availability.
- Delivery fees apply based on location.
- We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather, or public holidays).
5. Return & Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of most of our products:
- Returns are only accepted for incorrect or defective items reported within 6 hours of delivery.
- Refunds or replacements will be processed once the complaint is verified.
- Bottled water returns will only be accepted if the seal is intact and the item is unused.

6. Custom Orders & Special Requests
- Custom cakes and catering must be booked at least 48–72 hours in advance.
- We require detailed specifications (flavor, size, theme) and reserve the right to substitute with similar items where specific ingredients or decorations are unavailable.
- Advance payments are non-refundable in cases of cancellation within 24 hours of delivery.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, images, product names, and descriptions, is the property of Elliom Foods Ltd and protected under intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Elliom Foods Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or services. We make no warranties beyond those provided under Nigerian consumer protection laws.
